Dry Purification
Dry purification is more cost effective than dry wash or filter systems. Select from single or double column systems, or our high capacity column depending on your throughput.

Glycerine separator – with a processing capacity of 43,000 litres per. day, at a rate of 30 litres a minute, this automated product is fast and effective. Operated by an air compressor.
The separated biodiesel and glycerine are simply pumped away for storage.

Auto Dosing System
Easily fitted to your existing green fuels system, this ATEX-approved, air operated pump greatly reduces operator time input and avoids any hard mixing of dry caustic. Highly accurate to +/- 5ml, it is operated by an air compressor.

Pre-heat Tank
This automated unit can be set to temperature and automatically heats the next batch while the current one is being processed. The thermostat controls the heating process, increasing temperature from 20 degrees to 60 degrees in just 50 minutes.
